We only use Australia Parcel Post for all deliveries because it is trackable and traceable
Shipping Prices
We charge a flat rate shipping cost.
For all orders under 500gms the postage is $8.00
For all orders over 500gms and up to 1kg the postage is $13.00
We ship to all locations within Australia only
International Orders
At this point in time we do not ship outside of Australia
Product Delivery Policy
We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner.
All items are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. Sharca Organics.com does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
Orders will be deemed to have been received by Sharca Organics.com at the time Sharca Organics.com sends an Order confirmation to Your nominated e-mail address.
Sharca Organics.com is not responsible for the delivery times of Products.
It is your obligation to provide us with your correct address details at the time of placing your order. If the incorrect address is given we are not obliged to refund or send on your goods at our expense.
Problems with your order
- Your order has not arrived. Contact us within 10 days from payment clearance. We will lodge enquiries with the postal service to track your item and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any damage resulting from late delivery or for any loss or damage after delivery has taken place.
- Any damaged or missing item(s) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. To contact us email at service@sharcaorganics.com.au Damaged products must be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging. You will not be charged return postage.
- If the item(s) you received are not what you ordered contact us immediately via email at service@sharcaorganics.com.auPlease do not open the individual product / packaging. We will send you the correct replacement product(s).
You will not be charged for a re-delivery of items where incorrect items have been sent to you. Any attempt to unpackage or use the product(s)will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the product(s) and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you received an incorrect order, the goods remain the property of Sharca Organics.com.au as full legal and equitable owner unless accepted by you as a satisfactory replacement
