PRODUCT RETURNS

• We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. We require that You notify us immediately on receipt of delivery of a damaged or faulty product by notification via our email address:infosharca1@yahoo.com.au
• Where we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and posting charges.

We strongly suggest that you perform a ‘patch test’ before using any new products from our site. Should any redness or irritation occur discontinue use immediately.

PATCH TESTING

Apply a small amount of the product to clean skin inside the elbow or behind the ear, cover with a band aid and leave for 24 hours.

HOW TO CARE FOR OUR PRODUCTS

1. Our products must be stored below 30o and in warm and humid conditions are best stored in the refrigerator.
2. Store out of direct sunlight and heat
3. Use the spatula provided to remove products from jars. Replace the lid immediately and keep water out. Do not use your fingers as you will contaminate the goods.
4. Our Products should be used within the EXPIRY DATE recorded on the label. Please discard any unused product's past this date.
